Research on Control Method of Cable Manufacturing Process Based on Information Collection and Visualization

Published: 22 October 2018 Publication History

Abstract

In1 the process of cable production, factors such as real-time, accuracy of information about equipment, personnel and materials, as well as manufacturing process visualization affect every link in the production cycle of cable products, and determine the cable production process. Therefore, in order to realize the real-time acquisition of cable manufacturing process information and the multi-view visualization effect of the production site, and achieve effective control over the manufacturing process, it is necessary to study the control method of cable manufacturing process. The barcode technology can ensure that every product has its own code and the real-time accesses to cable manufacturing process information. Using the multi-view visualization method can directly present the production process and realize the effect of process transparency and monitoring visualization, both of which help to achieve the overall optimization and dynamic control of equipment, personnel and production schedule.
