IT Collaboration Actor-Network Diagnostic using SNA, Application on Suppliers Management

Published: 02 May 2018 Publication History

Abstract

This paper addresses IT Collaboration improvement problematic from social network aspect, whence our interest to Actor-Network Theory (ANT) and its application on IT. On the other hand, we study the contribution of Social Network Analysis (SNA) to diagnostic and identifying improvement opportunities of IT Collaboration, by studying actors and relationships. SNA is an area which has been researched in many different disciplines, we use it in our context to equip our IT-CAN (IT Collaboration Actor-Network) framework based on ANT focusing on IT Governance suppliers' selection process, in hope that they can be complementary.
