Abstract

The Moroccan companies, regardless of their size, want to exist and survive, to be developed and diversified, and to ensure that they are profitable, to preserve their independence and to let their human capital reached their aims. To realize and reach their hopes, in a contemporary environment, influenced by a rough competition, technological evolution, automation, and globalization, the most of these companies have to adapt continually its organization, and has no choice to put what we call a management system.
In Morocco, the certified companies ISO 9001 increased from 158 in 2001 to 969 in 2015. Therefore, the present work aims to present the results of a qualitative study carried out on Moroccan companies that have implemented a management system.
