Pareto Optimality would be achieved with the calculating model. The study concludes that O2O model can efficiently resolve information asymmetry. The model has been successfully applied to two traditional industries, a further proof of the possibility and feasibility of O2O model's application in transforming and upgrading traditional industries as well as integrating with industrial, agricultural and tertiary industry.
