Design of Cleaning Machine Based on PLC

Abstract

The control system of the cleaning machine was designed according to the composition and operating mode of the squirrel-cage sweet potato cleaner. The system uses Siemens PLC as the main controller to control the single-phase asynchronous motor, water pump and solenoid valve of the cleaning machine respectively, which can realize the manual and automatic operation of the sequential start and reverse stop of the single-phase asynchronous motor and the water pump. The control system makes the whole cleaning device operate in an orderly manner according to the manual, and the operation is reliable and easy to operate, which provides a basis for further research of the squirrel-cage cleaning machine.
