Abstract

ICBRA 2018 received 63 submissions. After two rounds of rigorous peer review procedure, 36 submissions were accepted and 18 papers were included in this proceedings. These submissions were contributed by researchers in different countries, such as, Vietnam, China, South Korea, Malaysia, India, USA, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, etc. All authors contributed a lot to the success of this conference.
