ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of China's social economy, a higher quality is required to made for current public service of community sports to satisfy people's diversified demand. This thesis, considering the government, social organizations and communities, analyzes the sources and utilizing status of public service funds on community sports. According to studies: the public service funds on community sports rely too much on the government with single type of source; the market and organization haven't take adequate participation; communities have poor financing ability; the utilizing of funds is not reasonable for lack of professionalism and effectiveness. It's suggested that public service of community sports reduce the dependence on government by actively expand the financing sources; utilize funds reasonably and effectively; attract talents of funds management; and establish a supervision system combining the mandatory supervision and self-supervision of community funds.
