A generative software development approach for mulsemedia application domain

Published: 29 October 2019 Publication History

Abstract

Mulsemedia Systems involve three or more of our senses, improving the tradicional multimedia content with new media objects (olfactory, haptic, etc.) promoting increased immersion and improved user experience quality. This paper presents a generative approach to the development of mulsemedia applications. In addition, an overview of the approach taken through the implementation of the approach in a use case addressing the Multisensory Education application family will be presented.
