Design and Implementation of Spacecraft Product Test Data Management System

Abstract

As the number of spacecraft launch missions continues to grow, the number of test and detection missions has increased dramatically. In the long-term test process, aerospace test institutions have accumulated a large number of engineering test data. The test center is facing a large number of problems such as data processing, mining and analyzing, centralized control of test data management and so on. This paper combines the special management and test procedures of various environmental test, and carries out the design and research of test data management system. Firstly, the system functional design and logic architecture design are carried out according to the spacecraft management process. Secondly, take the informatization test data management as the main line, the whole process of spacecraft test is comprehensively controlled through the modules of test task management, data management, modelling management, equipment management, test knowledge base and system management. In addition, the system can assess the test data in real time, predict the trend and evaluate the dynamic life. The system realizes the unified management of all kinds of data in the process of aerospace products' development, and provides standardized data management services for product design and test personnel.
