Abstract

Welcome to the 2019 3rh International Conference on Virtual and Augmented Reality Simulations (ICVARS 2019). As with past conferences, we hope to excite and inspire you with the many events scheduled as part of ICVARS 2019. Also, we want to emphasize that ICVARS comes to Australia for only the third time. It was in Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia in 2017, and Brisbane, Australia in 2018, this time it was held in Perth, Australia during February 23-25, 2019.
