Abstract

ICEEG has brought together researchers and practitioners who are interested in E-commerce, E-Business, E-Government and its current applications. ICEEG provided a platform for scientists, engineers and technologists who work in all aspects of E-commerce, E-Business, E-Government. ICEEG 2019 received 60 submissions. After two rounds of rigorous peer review, we accepted 45 papers. These papers are contributed by researchers in many different countries, including Italy, Poland, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Ecuador, Malaysia, Greece, Germany, France, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Canada, UK, China, etc. All authors have contributed a lot to the success of this conference.
