ABSTRACT
The construction of the administrative standard system is not only a process of optimizing and perfecting the administrative management behavior itself, but also a process of continuous development of the standardization principles and methods. However, in practice, it confronts the problems of lack of systematic research, weak applicability of indicators, and full play of the role of dynamic supervision of administrative effectiveness. Starting with the inherent logic of key issues, this paper puts forward the idea and construction focus of constructing the administrative standard system.
