SSPS

2019 Symposium on Signal Processing Systems (SSPS 2019) and 2019 International Conference on Natural Language Processing (ICNLP 2019) were held in Beijing, China during September 20-22, 2019. It was a great privilege get the opportunity to serve the conference as Conference Chair. Our task was challenged by a number of high-quality paper submissions from the researchers of the top-ranking institutions. Selection process turned to be more competitive and we had to be justice, objective than ever before on the basis of originality, significance, and clarity for the purpose of the conference.
