ABSTRACT

At present, the filling process of packing for large high-voltage fuses at domestic and foreign is still manual operation. This method not only has low production efficiency and qualified rate, but also causes great harm to human body by filler dust pollution. In order to improve the packing density of high-voltage fuse and the degree of automation of production, an automatic filling device for filler of high-voltage fuse was designed. The structure and circuitry of the device were designed by CAD. Combined with the current artificial knocking operation, the equipment adopts the radial reciprocating impact method to carry out the compact work of the filler in the high-voltage fuse. Designing different support bases, the flexible manufacturing of different types of fuses is satisfied, and the filling process automation of each type of high-voltage fuses is realized. The filling equipment of the high-voltage fuse has reasonable structure, high efficiency and strong practical value.
