Abstract
ICCPR 2019 provides a scientific platform for both local and international scientists, engineers and technologists who work in all aspects of computing and pattern recognition. In addition to the contributed papers, Prof. Kenji Suzuki from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, Prof. David Zhang from Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), China and Prof. Qingzheng Xu from National University of Defense Technology, China are invited to deliver Keynote and Invited speeches at ICCPR 2019.
