Structural design of small household cutting machine based on SolidWorks

Abstract

Through the investigation and research on the types and functions of the shredded vegetables on the market, most of the vegetables on the market are more expensive and not suitable for ordinary household use. This design is a suitable cutting device for lotus roots. Roots and vegetables such as potatoes and potatoes are sliced. The main reason is that the motor drives the slicing knife shaft to rotate the blade, and the vegetable is placed in the feeding device, and the push plate pushes the vegetable to the knife edge under the action of the screw rod. The whole machine design uses SolidWorks to model the design of the motor box part, the vegetable mouth part, the cutter head part and the vegetable trough part, and uses the Simulation plug-in to perform finite element analysis on the chopper.
