Design of Special Fixture for Double-Sided Drilling of Box Parts

Published: 08 April 2020 Publication History

Abstract

In mechanical processing, especially in mass production, in order to improve product quality, production efficiency and reduce production cost, it is necessary to improve some general jig or design and manufacture some special jig, so that the clamping workplace is fast and stable, improve production efficiency, improve product quality. This design is for the box type parts FYT one of the procedures designed by the special drilling jig. The overall design includes parts analysis, determination of positioning mode and positioning elements, determination of clamping mode and clamping device, and design of the overall structure of the fixture.
