ABSTRACT

In these years, third-party logistics have developed rapidly. In order to enhance the competitiveness of the third-party logistics enterprise in the market, logistics cost should be studied. In order to optimize the logistics cost, the following steps are proposed in this studies. Firstly, activity-based costing method is used to calculate the logistics cost. Secondly, program analysis method is applied to analyze and optimize the warehouse system. Then, Flexsim software is used to improve the distribution system. Finally, activity-based costing method is applied to evaluate the improved management strategy. According to the improved results, it is found that the new strategy is more reasonable.
