Optimization of Human Resource Allocation Problem Considering Costs Reduction and Balance in Chinese State-owned Enterprise

Published: 19 May 2020 Publication History

Abstract

In order to solve the optimization problem of human resource allocation, this paper analyzes the relevant policies and rules of human resource cost, adopts the linear programming and integer programming method to optimize the human resource allocation. Calculation models are designed on the basis of the optimization model. This study provides a good way for quantitative analysis of the optimal allocation of human resources in Chinese state-owned enterprises. Different enterprises can learn from the ideas and methods of this paper and solve the optimal allocation of human resources according to their own cost tolerance, corporate culture, policy characteristics and other considerations.
