Abstract
The 4th International Conference on Machine Learning and Soft Computing (ICMLSC 2020), co-sponsored by Sai Gon University, Vietnam and Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, was held in Haiphong City, Vietnam, from January 17-19, 2020. The objective of the conference was to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to discuss latest progress and development in this field, practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
