Design of The A Side Core-Pulling Injection Mold for Plastic Shells

ABSTRACT

Taking a plastic shell as an example, analyzing to the structure and technology of the plastic parts. According to the characteristics and requirements of the structural of plastic parts, the design of mold adopts the way of the pin point nozzle to the edge gate [1-4]. The core of the mold is designed as a mosaic structure, the two side core-pulling mechanisms of the angle lift and the sliding block, and the circulation cooling system is arranged [4-6]. The mould has the advantages of the table operation cycle, with the simple structure, high production efficiency, and the product qualification rate is over 99%.
