Abstract
Unfortunately, all around the world are fighting against coronavirus. On March 11, WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic. The safety of the participants remains our top priority, while some countries also prohibit travelling. After careful consideration, in light of the global health emergency and the travel restrictions, the conference committee has made the difficult decision to change the MSIE 2020 into online meeting, so that delegates can participate in the conference under a safe, productive and well-attended atmosphere. Fortunately, conference was held smoothly and successfully, this is inseparable from everyones understanding and support.
