ABSTRACT
Preparation for the transformation to digital technology that is an important part of an organization needs to adapt to keep up with globalization. The objective of this research is to study the changes in digital technology to make a strategic plan to support the digital system in the case study of a factory in accordance with Thailand 4.0 policy. To reach this goal, this study applies SWOT analysis and PEST analysis for analyzing the factory environment. In addition, the key factor of this research is the Thailand 4.0 policy refers to the government framework. The result is a work plan to adjust the factory to be ready for digital transformation.
