ABSTRACT
Brazil is the largest country in South America and the fifth largest country in the world by territorial area, with a population of over 210 million according to the official projection of the IBGE research institute for the year 2019. With this vastness territorial and population, country management becomes a task that requires a degree of responsibility and competence from elected managers. However, there are several unfinished and abandoned works that waste public resources that could be invested financially in areas such as education, security and health. Given this, this article presents the process of developing an application that favors its users, the ease of becoming an inspector of unfinished or abandoned public works.
