Optimization of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Colleges and Universities -Based on the Perspective of Triple Helix Theory

ABSTRACT

Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is a significant guarantee for building an innovative country. With reference to the triple helix theory, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and establishes an ecological system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities with spontaneous coupling and collaborative interconnection among different subjects, giving full play to the resource convergence advantages of "government-industry-university" pattern, and gathering the helix development force. It also proposes measures such as constructing the whole process of innovation and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities, building diversified incubation platforms for innovation achievements, establishing financial support system for innovation and entrepreneurship, and leading the development of internal and external symbiotic innovation and entrepreneurship culture, etc., to explore the optimization path of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in colleges and universities.
