Published: 18 November 2020 Publication History

Abstract

Intelligent finance comes from the application of artificial intelligence technology in the financial industry. From a patent perspective, this paper analyzes the overall patent applications in the field of intelligent finance in China, the patent applications of Internet head enterprises and financial institutions, focusing on patent application development trends, major patent applicants and their patent layout in branch technologies. On this basis, this paper further analyzes the main patent applicants in terms of their technical importance, product substitution and high-value patents, thereby makes an evaluation about the technological competition in the field of intelligent finance in China.
