Published: 16 October 2020 Publication History

Abstract

Computer-aided instruction is an effective new teaching mode and approach, which is widely used in various learning subjects, including physical education. The application of computer-aided instruction in physical education can effectively strengthen students' enthusiasm for subjects and their cognition of training behavior. CAI courseware contains materials in various media formats to provide students with all-round sensory experience, thus increasing students' enthusiasm for the subject and improving their autonomous learning ability. In order to establish educational ideas suitable for students' learning level, it is necessary to use practical methods to improve students' comprehensive training level and self-study ability with individual characteristics. This paper mainly discusses the performance of the practice of computer-aided teaching method in physical education, in order to make clear the direction and performance of its implementation, so as to meet the requirements of physical education stably.
