ABSTRACT

China issues an average of 376 million inspection and testing reports every year (as of 2018), but the format of the reports is relatively fixed, which takes a lot of time and is prone to errors if the employees make them manually. Therefore, this paper designs and implements a inspection report generation system. To this end, this paper first carried out the overall design, database design, according to the module divided into template management module, report data management module and a number of modules. In the concrete implementation, the method of combining online template making and specifying report data is put forward and realized, and the detection report generation system is completed. This system not only reduces the difficulty of making templates, but also increases the efficiency of generating inspection reports by adding new templates without writing code to fit new templates.
