Research on the Real Option Value of Internet Enterprises-Based on the Managerial Ability and User Value

ABSTRACT

From the basic characteristics of Internet companies, the role of managerial ability and user resources are discussed according to the theory of enterprise resource management theory in the formation of corporate value. A real option model is established to measure enterprise value. By comparing with the market value of enterprises, it is proposed that based on the exploration of the formation mechanism of enterprise value, the integration of user resources and managerial ability will make the model more reasonable, so as to guide investors to make reasonable investments.
