ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the readiness of teachers for the latest lesson plan policy in 2020. A qualitative approach was employed. The subjects of this study include 16 public elementary school teachers in Miri District, Sragen Regency, Central Java. The study was conducted for two months from May to June 2020. Questionnaire and interview sheets were used to collect the data, which were validated using the triangulation technique. The data were then analyzed using interactive analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results show that 12 out of 16 teachers express their readiness to follow and implement the latest lesson plan policy. This is supported from several aspects: (1) the planning aspect obtains 87.5%; (2) the implementation aspect obtains 81.25%; and (3) the evaluation aspect obtains 62.5%. From these aspects, it can be concluded that 77% of public elementary school teachers in Miri District are quite ready to follow the latest regulations regarding changes in lesson plans. This finding can be implemented by other teachers who are still hesitant to follow the government regulations regarding changes in the structure of the latest lesson plans and as a reference for the education office to socialize and conduct training on the latest lesson plans so that teachers are truly ready to carry out in schools.
