ABSTRACT
The mixing of theories of educational management is the root cause of "the disconnect between management theory and practice". In the state of the management theory jungle, emphasizing the "relevance of theory and practice" can only make the theory itself die out, and emphasizing the "rigor of theory" can only make the theory equal to the retelling of specific phenomena without generality. In the field of education management, too many "novel theories" are just as harmful as "no theory". China's native education management or education management desires to become a relatively independent subject area, and the management theory system must be constructed. Based on the above discussion, this article will study the construction of the content system of Chinese education management.
