System Construction and Development Strategy of Enterprise Staff Education and Training Mode

ABSTRACT

The continuous development of society makes the competition between enterprises increasingly fierce, and the means of competition is also more diversified and changing. The competition of enterprises is the competition of talents. Therefore, it is very important to carry out high-quality education and training for enterprise employees. Talent is an important carrier of technological innovation, theoretical knowledge innovation and management level innovation. Strengthening the education and training management of employees is one of the key factors to improve the quality of talents and the core competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprises attach great importance to the education and training of employees. Strengthening the talent strategy of enterprises has become an important development strategy of electric power enterprises, and "great education and training" has become the basic concept of teaching and training. In the process of education and training, we should pay attention to create a learning atmosphere of "advocating learning and respecting knowledge", and abide by the concept of talent development competition, and provide intellectual support and spiritual support for enterprises, so that enterprises have stronger competitiveness in the tide of economic development. In order to solve the problems of staff training in Chinese enterprises, improve the quality of employees and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, this paper discusses and analyzes the problems existing in the education and training of enterprise employees, and puts forward corresponding improvement plans. According to various problems, it hopes to provide new constructive reference for enterprise human resource management.
