Published: 25 April 2021 Publication History

Abstract

With the increasing social demand, the cultivation of Russian language talents in Chinese universities has revealed many practical problems that need to be solved urgently. From the overall situation of sino-Russian University cooperation in running schools, there exists the problem that the level of cooperation in running schools is not high. From the perspective of the cultivation mode of Russian talents, there are some problems, such as the improper connection between the cultivation scheme of Russian professional talents and the actual needs of enterprises, the disconnection between the knowledge content of Russian textbooks and the actual needs of the society, and the shortage of expert Russian talents. Based on this, this paper puts forward the practice and thinking research on the educational talent training mode of Russia and Russia under the background of "One Belt And One Road". This paper analyzes the characteristics and cultivation status of Russian talents, based on the existing teaching practice, studies the cultivation mode of Russian talents from multiple perspectives, such as curriculum setting, teaching methods and teaching material system, and further discusses how to promote the localization of vocational education and innovate the cultivation mode of international talents. The research shows that under the background of "One Belt And One Road", it is necessary to understand the relationship between teaching and talent training in Russia, so as to conform to the social interests and the good interaction between Russian schools and organizations. The establishment of new Chinese and Russian schools to organize art training courses will not only improve student performance and the influence of the university, but also meet the social needs of Russian-speaking talents. This should be the goal of talent training in Russian universities.
