ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of science and technology, the demand for talents in property management industry is expanding. At the same time, there are serious deficiencies in the source of college property management students. First of all, this paper analyzes the dilemma of property management professional personnel training, from the students, professional theory development and teachers to carry out in-depth analysis. Secondly, it introduces the employability oriented talent training of property management major in Jilin Business and Technology College; finally, it analyzes the problems in the reform of personnel training and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, thus providing reference for the development of property management major in application-oriented universities in China.
