Research on the “3+1” Talent Training Mode of Application-oriented Undergraduate Education

Published: 25 April 2021 Publication History

Abstract

"School-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination" talent training model is the core content of the "3+1" training model for application-based undergraduate education talents. By investigating the current situation of education in China, we analyze the main problems in the school-enterprise cooperation model at home and abroad, and propose a specific "3+1" training model program, and compare and analyze the "3+1" model and other models, highlighting the advantages of the "3+1" model in the direction of cultivating application-oriented talents, and laying the foundation for the next step in pilot applications and cultivating more application-oriented talents.
