Simulation Design of Robotic Tool Changer Workstation Based on RobotStudio

Published: 17 May 2021 Publication History

Abstract

This article takes the robot robotic tool changer as the research object. First, the robotic tool changer model and the models of robot tools are established in SolidWorks software, and then imported into RobotStudio software to build a workstation with the ABB IRB120 industrial robot to realize the function of replacing robot tools. Through the simulation design of the workstation, it is helpful to improve the production efficiency and provide a reference for other practical applications.
