A Study of Mechanic Based on ABAQUS Software under Different Loads of Airport Pavement Crack

Published: 17 May 2021 Publication History

Abstract

The occurrence and development of cracks in airport pavements have a great impact on the service life of the airport. Not only does it cause high maintenance and maintenance costs, but if the cracks formed on the airport pavement are not treated in time, the aircraft takeoff and landing pose a great safety hazard. Therefore, it is very important to study cracks in the airport pavement on the pavement structure and its impact on its service life. The predecessors have also done a lot of scientific research on the cracks on the road pavement and the airport pavement. In this paper, we will study the mechanical response of the aircraft to cracks of the airport pavement under the static and dynamic loads of the aircraft, respectively, using finite element analysis software. ABAQUS establishes a calculation model and uses elastic fracture mechanics theory to analyze and discuss. The calculation models under two load states are compared and analyzed. The results show that the dynamic displacement of the load is compared with the static calculation results when the crack width is the same. The stress intensity factor peak at the time of the crack region is greater than the stress intensity factor at the static state.
