Application of AC Dynamometer in MTR Traction Motor Comprehensive Intelligent Test System

Published: 17 May 2021 Publication History

Abstract

AC dynamometer is one of the important performance testing and testing equipment in the process of motor manufacturing and product development. It is used to simulate and control the load of the motor in order to measure the performance parameters of the motor. In this paper, AC power dynamometer module of MTR Traction Motor Comprehensive Intelligent Test System is studied. The AC power dynamometer module is composed of a test motor and a four-quadrant frequency conversion device. The AC power dynamometer is adjusted by a four-quadrant frequency conversion device, and it can work in four quadrants to provide a test load for the test motor.
