Position Vibration Suppression of Servo Motor Based on Active Disturbance Rejection Control

Published: 17 May 2021 Publication History

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to suppress position vibration on the servo motor. An approach to position vibration suppression on the basis of active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) is proposed. In the beginning, a mathematics model of two-inertia servo system is established. Secondly, the position control based on active disturbance rejection control is put forward to suppress position vibration. Simultaneously, the third-order extended state observer is built, and the parameter tuning method of the ADRC is analyzed. Finally, the simulation and experiment are constructed to verify the correctness and effectiveness of this method mentioned above.
