The Managerial Know-How Transfer in The Romanian Companies Using Dematel Method

Published:24 March 2021Publication History

ABSTRACT

Change has become a constant today, for this reason, the organizations must be organized in such a way as to cope with continuous changes. Organizations have to learn to be flexible and to adapt their reaction and innovative capacity to the changes in the external environment so that they are able to face the new competitive requirements of globalization. During the latest decades, the information is more important than ever, it has held a central place in the economic and social context of the modern age, becoming the third source of power. The economy focuses on knowledge, in all its domains. Managers must have theoretical and methodical knowledge and, also, they must be the link between the new knowledge and practice. For this, we identified the main factors that influence the transfer of managerial know-how, but also the relations between them, applying the Dematel method.
