A Study on the influencing factors of College Students' employment in Hubei Pilot Free Trade Zone

ABSTRACT

The establishment of Hubei pilot free trade zone has made great contribution to the construction of Hubei and even the whole country. As an important human resource, college students play their due role in it. In order to fully grasp the influencing factors of College Students' employment in Hubei pilot free trade zone, In this paper, more than 1500 college students were investigated by means of questionnaire survey. The questionnaire data were quantitatively analyzed by using the methods of reliability analysis, t-test and multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS statistical analysis. Through the analysis, on the basis of clarifying the influencing factors of College Students' employment in Hubei pilot free trade zone, this paper provides some guidance for Hubei free trade zone to further attract outstanding talents.
