ABSTRACT

This article takes the Wuhan East Lake Greenway Scenic Area as the object, uses the expectation difference theory, and uses SPSS statistical software to compare and analyze the tourist expectations and satisfaction of the scenic area. The research results show that tourists have very high expectations for the Wuhan East Lake Greenway Scenic Area. There is a big gap between satisfaction and expectations. Among them, the quality of tourism services, the natural ecological environment and the tourism information environment are the most important factors for tourists. Then build the IPA model to discuss the impact factors that the scenic spot needs to be improved, maintained, and currently weakened. Finally, according to the conclusions of IPA analysis, the countermeasures for the development and promotion of Wuhan East Lake Greenway Scenic Area are proposed.
