Analysis of the strategy for the transformation of Wuhan fast food business from "offline" to "online": Thinking based on the impact of the new crown epidemic

ABSTRACT

The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic has a great impact on economic and social development and people's lives, and the catering industry has been severely affected. As the hardest-hit area in Wuhan, the catering industry represented by snacks has suffered a disaster. Catering companies have entered the stage of resuming work and production. Although a series of measures have been taken, they still face many problems and challenges. This article conducts a comprehensive investigation of the Wuhan snack industry, analyzes the survival and development status of the Wuhan snack industry, and proposes measures to promote the healthy recovery and development of the catering industry.
