ABSTRACT

At the beginning of 2020, the sudden outbreak of novel coronavirus seriously affected people's lives. As an important part of the service industry, the catering industry plays an important role in economic and social aspects. In this epidemic, catering enterprises across the country closed their stores as a whole, and the problems such as heavy burden on enterprises, unsustainable business, shortage of capital chain and difficulty in financing loans were prominent, resulting in huge losses for the whole catering industry. The sudden epidemic has forced China's real industry to press the "pause button", especially the catering industry, which is experiencing an unprecedented severe test. In this paper, combining with the current epidemic prevention situation of pneumonia in COVID-19, we will analyze the measures and management strategies of Wuhan fast food snack returning to work.
