ABSTRACT
Applied talents are specialized talents to meet the needs of society, and also the goal of talent cultivation in Colleges and Universities. The basic computer teaching for non-computer majors is more important. In order to further adapt to the cultivation of applied talents, this paper puts forward the corresponding reform strategies.
