Varicose vein prevention instrument based on MSP430 and wireless nRF24L01

Published: 18 August 2021 Publication History

Abstract

Intelligent varicose vein prevention instrument is designed for people who stand for a long time. The product is divided into two modules: host and slave. The two modules are connected by nRF24L01 wireless transceiver module. The host part uses the RXF2632 film pressure sensor and LM393 to constitute the comparison circuit, and the combination of the MSP430 microcontroller timing function, to realize the increase of seconds when standing, and the decrease of seconds when sitting down to rest. The minimum number of seconds can be reduced to 0, and the maximum number can be increased to the stand-up detection time set by the user in the APP terminal of the Bluetooth serial port of the mobile phone. When the stand-up detection time reaches the set time, instructions will be sent to the slave through the nRF24L01 wireless transceiver module. After receiving the instruction from the machine, the compound transistor ULN2003 sends out the instruction to start the vibration motor. When the massage duration is reached, the vibration of the motor stops. Users can customize the standing time and massage time on the Bluetooth serial port APP according to their own conditions.
