Concept of a model for distance practical training in a real clinical environment and time for nurse and midwife specialties

Published: 07 October 2021 Publication History

Abstract

The paper presents a review of the problems in conducting practical training during an epidemic situation, an overview of existing solutions and a model for distance practical training in a real clinical environment. A conceptual model has been proposed providing practical training in case of impossibility for students to be present in a clinical environment. Students have the opportunity, through audio and video connection to be present in a real environment and time without making the working process harder in the clinics, ensuring their own safety and that of others.
