ABSTRACT
We've met with 20+ executives/business owners discussing the challenges they faced during the height of the pandemic. We were under the impression that most companies were not prepared for the change, explicitly using Zoom and other remote tool applications. We learned that most companies worked remotely, but the challenges they faced were privacy, work/life balance, and informal conversations. We will further explore the common denominator for change and how this can get the shape of a repeatable model. What comes strongly across is accepting the need for change. Once that happens, change is accepted, and new patterns emerge.
