ABSTRACT
Hospitals as the main health service institutions must be able to improve the quality of their services, especially to increase knowledge management skills, this research will focus on the areas of social interaction capabilities, IT characteristics, and knowledge leadership. Based on primary data collected through questionnaires from hospital leaders (33 hospitals) in DKI Jakarta (Indonesia) which were analyzed through descriptive statistics, it is found that the conditions of factors that affect the hospital's knowledge management capabilities. And based on the current condition analysis, the results of this study provide recommendations on what action plans the hospital should take to improve service quality through increased knowledge management capabilities.
