ABSTRACT
With the development of the world, people rely on their mobile phone to get information in spite of that most of the information are fragmented. So many people can not get the whole picture. This research aims to develop a mobile learning system in English Grammar teaching as well as make an evaluation system on this learning. The research was carried in Geely University of China in Chengdu, Sichuang Province and the samples are university freshmen.
